5. Vehicle Information

Propósito Maduro, Lda makes every effort to ensure that all information regarding vehicles is accurate and up to date.

However:

  • vehicle specifications, equipment, mileage, and prices may change without prior notice

  • typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur

  • vehicle availability depends on stock at the time of confirmation of sale

  • The information provided on this website does not constitute a binding contractual offer.

6. Pricing or Information Errors

In the event of a manifest pricing error or incorrect vehicle information due to technical, typographical, or human error, Propósito Maduro, Lda reserves the right to correct the information or cancel any reservation made, informing the customer as soon as possible.

7. Vehicle Reservation

A vehicle reservation may require the payment of a deposit or reservation fee, the amount and conditions of which will be agreed upon between the parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • the reservation is only valid after confirmation by Propósito Maduro, Lda

  • the vehicle may remain available for sale until reservation confirmation

  • the reservation amount may be deducted from the final purchase price

  • Specific terms regarding the refund or retention of the deposit will be defined in the purchase agreement.

8. Vehicle Purchase

The purchase and sale of vehicles is formalized through a specific sales agreement between buyer and seller, which may include conditions related to:

  • payment terms

  • delivery of the vehicle

  • transfer of ownership

  • applicable warranty

  • financing arrangements

  • additional services

The conclusion of the agreement implies acceptance of the conditions established between the parties.

9. Test Drive

Test drives may be available by prior appointment.

Customers may be required to:

  • present a valid driving license

  • sign a liability declaration

  • Propósito Maduro, Lda reserves the right to refuse a test drive if the necessary safety conditions are not met.

10. Return Policy

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, vehicle purchases are not subject to an automatic return or withdrawal right after the conclusion of the sales contract.

This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under Portuguese law regarding the conformity of goods.

11. Legal Warranty

Under Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021, consumers benefit from legal guarantees concerning the conformity of purchased goods.

In the case of used vehicles, the warranty period may be reduced by agreement between the parties, as permitted by law.

12. Financing

Vehicle purchases may be carried out through financing solutions provided by partner financial institutions.

The approval of financing is subject exclusively to the decision of the financial institution. Propósito Maduro, Lda is not responsible for financing approval decisions.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, design, and code, is the property of Propósito Maduro, Lda or used with authorization. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

14. Liability

Propósito Maduro, Lda shall not be liable for:
